Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on October 08, 2007 has allotted 3,579 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).
Post the said allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 272,35,18,180 consisting of 27,23,51,818 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
