The board of MSK Projects India has allotted 44,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to the allottees and 18,83,015 equity shares of Rs 10 each on conversion of FCCBs to the holder of FCCBs.
These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 20 October 2007.
