Banco Products India Allots Equity Shares

The committee of Banco Products India has allotted 6,78,208 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each shares at a price of Rs 150 per share to Japan Metal Gaskets Company, Japan on preferential basis.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 20 November 2007.
