The committee of HCL Infosystems has allotted 55580 equity shares of Rs 2 each (at a premium of Rs 55.80, Rs 105.63, Rs 118.79 and Rs 149.23, Rs 159.97, and 164.88 per option) to be allotted to the employees on exercise of their stock options under HCL INFOSYSTEMS - ESOS.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 08 November 2007.
