Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on November 21, 2007 allotted 49,602 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).
Post the said allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 278,72,25,380 consisting of 27,86,72,937 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
