iGate Global Solutions Ltd has informed that the Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2007, allotted 47552 (Forty Seven thousand Five hundred and Fifty Two) Equity shares of par value of Rs 4/- per share to the individual optionees pursuant to the exercise or options granted under the Companies Employees Stock Option Plans on receipt of payment of the subscription monies in respect of the said shares aggregating to Rs 73,83,451.15.
The grant price for 8981 shares at Rs 4.00, 9230 shares at Rs 100.00, 6779 shares at Rs 209.14, 6557 shares at Rs 219.26, 15849 shares at Rs 222.75, 156 shares at Rs 248.17.
