The committee of Larsen & Toubro has allotted 4,000,000 equity shares of nominal value of Rs 2 per share as underlying shares representing 4,000,000 GDs, each GDS representing 1 equity share, prices at US$ 100 per GDS and aggregating US$ 400 million.
Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and UBS acted as the joint global coordinators & joint bookrunners for the offering.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 13 November 2007.
