The board of Sabero Organics Gujarat has allotted 8,67,577 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 4.12 to Kalah Corporation on preferential basis on conversion of warrants.
These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 10 November 2007.
