Suzlon Energy - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed that the ESOP - 2005 Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2007 has allotted 900 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under the Employees Stock Option Plan - 2005.
