The board of Vinati Organics has allotted 3291500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 to the shareholders holding shares on the record date 23 November 2007 as fixed by the board.
These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 28 November 2007.
