Ranbaxy Laboratories has announced that Zenotech Laboratories (Zenotech) has allotted 54,89,536 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 150 per share for cash to Ranbaxy Laboratories on preferential basis on 23 November 2007. Intimation from Zenotech regarding allotment of the aforesaid shares has been received by the company on 26 November 2007.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 27 November 2007.
