Easun Reyrolle - Allotment Of FCCBs & GDRs

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has informed that the Directors of the Company on December 05, 2007 has allotted Global Depository Receipts(GDRs) and Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds(FCCBs) aggregating to USD50,000,000 (United States Dollar fifty million only) to international investors. The break up of allotment is as below:

1. GDR - Total value USD15 million

2. FCCB - Total value USD35 million

The above instruments are being listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.
