Graphite India - Allotment Of Equity Shares - Fccbs Conversion

Graphite India Ltd has informed that the Company had in September 2005 issued 1% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due 2010 aggregating USS 40 million.

The Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 24, 2007, has allotted 897,552 equity shares of Rs 2/- each on conversion of 1125 FCCBs aggregating USD 1125,000 at a conversion price of Rs 55.15 per share. Post allotment the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 29,83,79,938/- from Rs 29,65,84,834/-.
