HDFC - Allotment Of Equity Share Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on December 19, 2007, allotted 58,930 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).Post the said allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 280,78,88,530 consisting of 28,07,88,853 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
