India Cements - Allotment of Equity Shares

India Cements Ltd has informed that the General Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2007, has allotted 2,07,89,000 equity shares of Rs l0/- each fully paid up in favour of Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) in terms of chapter XIIIA of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000. Consequently, the Equity share Capital of our Company has gone up from Rs 260.37 crores to Rs 281.16 crores.
