Jindal Saw - Allotment Of Equity Shares On Conversion Of Fccbs

Jindal Saw Ltd has informed that on exercise of the option to convert FCCBs into equity shares by the FCCBs holders, the Company, on December 15, 2007 has allotted number of equity shares to the FCCB holders as mentioned against their names at the pre - determined price of Rs 675/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each:

2. Morgan Stanley Mauritius Co. Ltd - 116974 No of Shares

3. Morgan Stanley AND Co. International PLC - 116974 No of Shares
