ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to Resolution passed by Circular dated January 18, 2008, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 4,124 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:
ESOS 2001 : 349 shares
ESOS 2003 : 1,300 shares
ESOS 2004 : 2,475 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,24,404 shares to 18,76,28,528 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
