Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has informed that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on January 11, 2008 had allotted 1,601,073 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCBs.
With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,88,87,246 comprising 7,94,43,623 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
