Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that on January 14, 2008, the Corporation has allotted 3,71,844 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 282,31,01,730 consisting of 28,23,10,173 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The summary of the FCCBs converted till date is as follows:
- Total FCCBs issued (Face Value USD 100000): 5000
- Number of FCCBs converted till date: 3519
- %ge converted: 70.38%.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 282,31,01,730 consisting of 28,23,10,173 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
