IOL Broadband Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution on January 23, 2008, has approved the allotment of 10,78,000 warrants to the following Companies at a price of Rs 576/- (including premium of Rs 566/- per share), in accordance with chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

2. Sinewave Properties Pvt Ltd : 222,500 No of Equity Share Warrants
3. Prominent Sales Pvt Ltd : 425,500 No of Equity Share Warrants
4. Vandan Consultancy Pvt Ltd : 315,000 No of Equity Share Warrants.
