JSW Steel Allots Equity Shares

The committee of JSW Steel has allotted 33,799 equity shares of Rs 10 each upon exercise of option by a holder of zero coupon FCCBs of the company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 163,97,88,130 to Rs 164,01,26,120comprising of 16,40,12,612 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 04 January 2008.
