Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 11, 2008, has allotted 18765500 Bonus Shares of Rs 5/- each in the proportion of one fully paid up Bonus Share of Rs 5/- each for every two fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each held by the Members of the Company on Record Date i.e. January 07, 2008.
