McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 29, 2007 for allotment of 14,53,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each on conversion of equal number of Warrants.
It was noted by the Committee that the entire money of Rs 20,96,53,370/- based on revised pricing of Rs 144.29 per Warrant was received against 14,53,000 Warrants from all the allottees as per Auditors Certificate.
Further the Company has informed that, the Committee that conversion request has also been received from all the allotters. However, in view of non-receipt of approval from the exchange for allotment of Equity Shares on conversion of Warrants, the meeting was adjourned.
