Mindtree Consulting - Allotment Of Shares

MindTree Consulting Ltd has informed that the Company has allotted on December 2008, 1,700 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 1999, 11,879 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2001, 1,065 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2006 (a) 6,625 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2006 (b) to employees and 3,330 shares of Rs 10 Each under DSOP 2006, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them.
