Monnet Ispat Ltd has informed that the Company has increased the paid-up equity share capital by making an allotment of 944313 equity shares of Rs 10/- each comprising of 276521 Equity Shares allotted upon conversion of 300 FCCBs due 2010 and 667792 Equity Shares allotted upon conversion of 48 FCCBs due 2011.
