Warren Tea Ltd has informed that the Shareholders Grievance & Share Transfer Committee, as authorized by the Board, at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, have decided to allot 10,14,153 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to the shareholders of Spectra Plaza Pvt Ltd (including the entitled shareholders of DPIL Ltd) pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.
Upon such allotment, as part of Corporate Action cancellation of 10,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company held by way of cross-holding would be given effect to in the system.
