Zenotech Laboratories Ltd has informed that pursuant to the resolutions passed by the Compensation Committee of the Company held on January 30, 2008, 50,000 equity shares of Zenotech Laboratories Ltd of Rs 10/- each, were allotted at an exercisable price of Rs 69.70 per share against the 50,000 options, which were granted under Zenotech Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2005. The said equity shares shall rank paripassu with the existing equity shares of the Company.As a result of above issue, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company standincreased to Rs 3435.00 lacs from Rs 3430.00 lakhs.
