ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated February 14, 2008, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,2,805 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:
ESOS 2003 : 1,000 shares
ESOS 2004 : 1,805 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,30,028 shares to 18,76,32,833 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
