Adlabs Films Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 25, 2008 has allotted 74,886 equity shares of Face Value Rs 5/- each for cash at a price of Rs 543.42 (including a premium of Rs 538.42) per share pursuant to the conversion notices received in respect of conversion of Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (ZCFBBCs) aggregating 7,50,000 Euros (or Rs 4,06,95,000) in value.
Pursuant to the allotment the total paid up share capital of the Company shall be Rs 23,03,81,230/- divided into 4,60,76,246 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid up.
