Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2008 has allotted 15,80,000 (Fifteen Lacs Eighty Thousands) equity shares upon the exercise of conversion option of warrants by the followings:
1. Name : Vishwa Calibre Builders Pvt Ltd
- No of Shares Allotted upon Conversion : 10,00,000
2. Name : Penta Homes Pvt Ltd
- No of Shares Allotted upon Conversion : 4,00,000
3. Name : Mr. Gurpreet Singh
- No of Shares Allotted upon Conversion : 1,20,000
4. Name : Mr. Malvinder Singh
- No of Shares Allotted upon Conversion : 60,000
These 15,80,000 equity shares shall rank pari-passu charge in all respect with the existing shares of the Company.
The paid-up share capital of the Company after allotment of these shares stand increased to Rs 31,81,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Eighty One Lacs Only) from Rs 30,31,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Thirty One Lacs Only).
