Ashapura Minechem Allots Equity Shares

The board of Ashapura Minechem has allotted 49486 equity shares of face value Rs 2 per share to the applicants, who have exercised their option to apply for the shares under the said ESOS.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 30 January 2008.
