BAG Films & Media Ltd has informed that pursuant to the in-Principal approval obtained from the stock exchanges and Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), Ministry of Finance for 94,00,000 (Ninety Four Lac) Equity Shares, the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 16, 2008 has allotted 94,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to M/s. FID Funds (Mauritius) Ltd, having its Registered Office at 10, Frere De Valios Street, Port Louis, Republic Of Mauritius, at a price of Rs 60.15 per shares (including a premium of Rs 58.15 per shares).
