Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has informed that pursuant to Dr. Reddys Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 37,094 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the Company on February 21, 2008, to Employees who have exercised their Stock Options.
