Garware Marine Industries Ltd has informed that the Shares / Warrants AllotmentCommittee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 11, 2008 has issued and allotted in accordance, with the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000, 8,20,000 Warrants of Rs 10/ each at a price of Rs 25/ per warrant to Promoters and NonPromoters.
