Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that on February 04, 2008, the Corporation has allotted 43,745 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders and exercise of stock options by employees.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 283,22,09,570 consisting of 28,32,20,957 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The summary of the FCCBs converted till date is as follows:
- Total FCCBs issued (Face Value USD 100000): 5000
- Number of FCCBs converted till date: 3803
- %ge converted: 76.06%.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 283,22,09,570 consisting of 28,32,20,957 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
