Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Company on February 11, 2008, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 105/- each i.e. (F.V. Rs 5/- + Rs 100/- premium) to Itoh Oil Chemicals Co. Ltd., Japan on a preferential basis.
