Jindal Saw Ltd has informed that on exercise of the option to convert FCCBs into equity shares by the FCCBs holders, the Company, on February 09, 2008 has allotted number of equity shares to the FCCBs holders as mentioned against their names at the pre-determined price of Rs 675/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each:
1. SWISS Finance Corp. (Mauritius) Ltd - 43,865 No of Shares
2. Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company Ltd - 204,705 No of Shares.
