Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated February 15, 2008 has:
1. Allotted 13,950 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
2. Granted further 5,550 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 13,950 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 16,23,44,180 divided into 8,11,72,090 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each.
