Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on February 20, 2008, has allotted 1,71,827 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted as under:

ESOP Plan Series 2002-03/07 : 41,250 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 : 14,520 equity shares
ESOP Scheme Series 2005/02 : 37,100 equity shares.
