Mindtree Consulting - Allotment Of Equity Shares

MindTree Consulting Ltd has informed that on February 01, 2008 the Company has allotted:

- 30,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 1999,

- 24,781 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2001,

- 2,150 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2006 (a) and

- 7,888 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid under the ESOP 2006 (b) to employees pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them.
