The board of Winsome Breweries has decided to re-issue upto 1038400 equity shares of Rs 10 each earlier forfeited due to non-payment of call money at a price of Rs 10 per share to non-promoter investors on preferential allotment basis.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 14 February 2008.
