Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their resolution dated February 05, 2008, resolved to issue and allot 5260 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e., WESOP 2000 and Restricted Stock Unit plan 2004.
