Conversion Into Equity Shares In Respect Of Convertible Warrants

Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has informed that the Committee of Board of Directors viz. Shareholders/Investors Grievances and Share Transfer Committee, at its meeting held on May 24, 2008, allotted 9,98,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the Promoter entities and 9,98,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to GWRL-Managerial Staff Welfare Trust, arising out of exercise of option for conversion into equity shares in respect of Convertible Warrants already allotted / issued on preferential basis.
