Indo Castle Multimedia Ltd has informed that Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 30, 2008, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Bonito Impex Pvt Ltd (BIPL or the Transferor Company) with Indo-Castle Multimedia Ltd or (ICML the Applicant Company or the Transferee Company).
