Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed that the Meeting of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 05, 2008, allotment of 198,441 equity shares of Rs 1/- each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Swiss Finance Corp (Mauritius) Ltd and CQS Master Fund Ltd, on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 1.250 Million.
