Bharti Airtel Allots Equity shares - June 3, 2008

The committee of Bharti Airtel has allotted 93,408 fully paid up equity shares of the company upon conversion of US$ 500000 FCCBs.
With the allotment of the above shares the equity base of the company stand increased from present level of 1897927396 to 1898020804 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 02 June 2008.
