The equity shareholders meeting of Dhampure Specialty Sugars will be held on 28 June 2008 for the purpose of considering the proposed scheme of arrangement for de-merger of real estate division of Dhampur Alco-Chem into Sun Infoplanet and amalgamation of Dhampure Speciality Sugar with Dhampur Alco-Chem.
