Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on June 24, 2008, has allotted 65,070 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 217,83,40,996 shares & the issued capital has increased to 220,85,76,768 shares.
