Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their resolution dated June 20, 2008 resolved to issue and allot 5600 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000.
