ACC Ltd has informed that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on July 24, 2008.
350 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options granted to employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2004, and 14 shares were allotted from shares kept in abeyance at the time of Rights Issue 1999.
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,51,204 shares to 18,76,51,568 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
